March 1, 2006 The post of Associate Professor was established.
December 1, 2005 The post of Technician was established and the project was launched.
October 25, 2005 The project, “The bilateral evolution of education at the Graduate School of Medicine – The advancement and development of courses at the Graduate School based on the Education and Research Center of Graduate School of Medicine at Gunma University” was nominated as a “Good Practice” Graduate School Program for the 2005 Academic year by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture.
April 1, 2005 A project providing cutting-edge skill training courses by the Graduate School of Medicine”, was accepted for funding by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture.
2004 Academic year Four courses on five different fundamental techniques were integrated and delivered.
April 1, 2003 The Education and Research Center of the Graduate School of Medicine (ERCGSM) was established at the Graduate School of Medicine of Gunma University. The aims of the unique Education and Research Center specializing in postgraduate education were the provision of basic and advanced skill training courses for raising researchers to the cutting edge of life sciences and to develop leaders with a capacity for innovation in the medical field.
